Hotel very well located, in the typical narrow streets of Bairro Alto, at the foot of the Ascensor de Bica. Staff very pleasant and helpful (I was able to drop my bags from 9am in the morning). Small room very functional and very nice (cleanliness, equipment ...). Breakfast very decent and varied for the price. In summary, an excellent value for money for a small stay in downtown Lisbon!

A great small hotel in a terrific location and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I generally make a point of never eating dinner in the hotel restaurant but was happy to make an exception in this case as the food was delicious. In fact I was lucky to get a table as the place is popular with the locals. The rooms all seem to face an interior courtyard, which I would guess, turns into an alfresco dining area in the warmer months. This may not suit some folks, especially those with children.
